To maximize the results of each exercise we break down each step, explain the biomechanics of the movement and also demonstrate how to perform them correctly. Then, we discuss the reasoning and intent of the exercises and manual therapy, involving patients n their own healing so there’s a clear understating of how their individualized plan of care is leading them to their goals.
